Embedded pennies are authentic U.S. currency but are not sold for circulation, face value, or investment purposes.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Production may begin after a minimum order quantity or manufacturing confirmation

  • Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change

  • Pre-order items will ship once production is complete

You will be notified of material delays if they occur.

Payment is processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on whether an item is in stock or part of a pre-order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are limited-edition, commemorative, or custom items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and resolve the issue.
